Matthew’s Song

Lyrics

Before the manger held a King,
Before the angels learned to sing,
The prophets traced through ink and flame,
A coming hope, a promised name.
From Abraham through David’s line,
A thread of grace through measured time,
And Matthew opens up the door—
What Heaven promised walks the shore.

A voice is crying in the wild,
“Prepare the way,” the earth is riled,
The Jordan bends beneath the sky,
The Spirit falls, the heavens reply.
And from the wilderness He comes,
Where temptation speaks and darkness runs,
To call the weary, heal the scarred,
And bring the kingdom near to hearts.

Every ancient word was waiting,
Every shadow sought the sun,
Every road of revelation
Was leading to the One.

Oh, Matthew, write it on the pages,
Let the promise cross the ages,
From the mountain to the sea,
Show us who the King would be.
The Messiah, long expected,
Every prophecy connected,
From the cradle to the grave,
From the cross to stone rolled away.
Let the old world meet the new—
Every promise coming true.
Oh, Matthew, let your gospel sing:
Jesus Christ, the promised King.

He climbed a hill above the crowd,
And turned the laws of stone out loud
Into a language hearts could hear—
Blessed are the ones who persevere.
Blessed are the poor in soul,
The merciful who make men whole,
The peacemakers, the pure who see
A greater kind of victory.

Oh, Matthew, write it on the pages,
Let the promise cross the ages,
From the mountain to the sea,
Show us who the King would be.
The Messiah, long expected,
Every prophecy connected,
From the cradle to the grave,
From the cross to stone rolled away.
Let the old world meet the new—
Every promise coming true.
Oh, Matthew, let your gospel sing:
Jesus Christ, the promised King.

He touched the ones no hand would touch,
And somehow love became enough.
He gave the blind their morning light,
He gave the fearful courage back at night.
He spoke to storms as though they knew
The voice that made the oceans blue.
He broke the bread, the thousands ate,
And grace arrived before too late.

He spoke in seeds and lamps and fields,
Of hidden treasure Heaven yields,
Of servants faithful while they wait,
Of wedding feasts and narrow gates.
A kingdom not of sword or throne,
But mercy making hearts its home;
A treasure thieves can never steal,
A truth the humble recognize as real.

Jerusalem beneath the sun,
The final road had now begun.
Hosannas rose through crowded streets
While destiny moved beneath His feet.
A table set, the bread was torn,
A cup of covenant passed before the morn.
Then silver rang in Judas’ hand,
And innocence was bound by man.
The garden heard His anguished prayer,
The torchlight found Him waiting there.
The Judge of all stood judged alone,
A crown of thorns became His throne.
The sky went dark, the curtain tore,
Love paid a debt forevermore.
And Joseph laid Him in the stone—
The world believed that hope was gone.

But morning came.
The earth began to tremble,
The guards fell back in fear,
An angel moved the stone away—
The living Christ was here.
Death had written 'finished',
But Heaven changed the phrase.
The tomb became a doorway,
And darkness lost its claim.

He rose.
Not as a memory,
Not as a dream,
But living hope
Where death had been.
And every prophet’s whispered word,
Every promise Israel heard,
Every longing, every sign
Found its answer there in time.
Oh, Matthew, write it for the nations,
Carry hope through generations,
From Jerusalem beyond,
Let the broken hear the song.
The Messiah, resurrected,

Every promise now perfected,
From the cradle through the cross,
He came to seek and save the lost.
Let the old world meet the new,
Let the faithful witness truth,
Let every tribe and language sing:
Jesus Christ, the risen King.
Oh, Matthew, leave the pages burning,
Heaven calling, hearts returning.
Tell the world what love has done—
The promised Kingdom has begun.
“Go,” He said, “to every nation,
Teach them love and restoration.
I am with you through it all,
Through every triumph, every fall.”
So Matthew ends where faith begins—
Not with a grave, but life again.
The ancient promise still rings true:
God was faithful.
Christ has come.
And He is with us—
Always.

Mark’s Song

Lyrics

Mark didn’t waste a word on kings
Or childhood days gone by,
He opened with a wilderness,
A voice beneath the sky.

“Prepare the way, make straight the road,”
Then Heaven broke the blue,
And suddenly the Son of God
Was walking into view.
He touched the ones no one would touch,
He called the castaways,
He spoke and storms surrendered,
Demons trembled at His name.
But every wonder raised a question
No miracle alone could solve—
Who is this Man who walks among us,
And what does following Him involve?

Eyes can see and still be blind,
Ears can hear and miss the sound.
Sometimes Heaven hides its treasure
Where the humble heart looks down.

This is Mark’s song—
The King who came to serve,
The hands that shaped creation
Washing dust from broken worlds.
Not a throne of gold and glory,
But a cross against the sky,
Where the greatest became servant
And the Author chose to die.

This is Mark’s song—
When fear says, “Turn away,”
Faith keeps walking through the darkness
Till the stone is rolled away.
If you want to know the Savior,

Don’t just watch the wonders start—
The greatest revelation
Is what happens in the heart.

They brought Him every sickness,
They crowded every door,
They watched Him feed the thousands
And still wondered, “Who is Lord?”
He gave sight unto the blinded,
Yet His friends could barely see
That the Messiah they were waiting for
Would win through Calvary.

Peter said, “You are the Christ,”
But stumbled at the cost,
For everyone expected victory—
No one expected loss.
Then Jesus spoke the mystery
That turns the world around:
“Whoever wants to save their life
Must lay their old life down.”

Power isn’t always thunder,
Victory doesn’t always shout.
Sometimes God is most revealed
When everything is poured out.

This is Mark’s song—
The King who came to serve,
The hands that shaped creation
Washing dust from broken worlds.
Not a throne of gold and glory,
But a cross against the sky,
Where the greatest became servant
And the Author chose to die.

This is Mark’s song—
When fear says, “Turn away,”
Faith keeps walking through the darkness
Till the stone is rolled away.

If you want to know the Savior,
Don’t just watch the wonders start—
The greatest revelation
Is what happens in the heart.

A seed can disappear in earth
Before the green appears,
The Kingdom may begin so small
We overlook it here.
A mustard seed, a hidden truth,
A lamp beneath the night—
God does not always enter
In the way we think He might.

The first may find themselves the last,
The least may lead the way,
The child may understand the truth
The learned explain away.
And greatness isn’t standing high
While everybody bows—
It’s kneeling down beside the weak
And choosing service now.

Can you see Him in the silence
When the answer hasn’t come?
Can you trust Him in the garden
When you’d rather turn and run?
Can you follow when the road ahead
Looks nothing like success?
Can you believe that resurrection
May begin with emptiness?

The women reached the tomb at dawn,
Their hearts still wrapped in grief,
But death had lost its prisoner—
The grave released the King.
And trembling at the mystery,
They stood between fear and faith—
Just like every generation
That must choose what it believes.

Maybe that’s why Mark keeps asking,
“Do you understand Him yet?”
Not, “Have you seen His miracles?”
But, “Will you follow where He went?”
For faith is more than knowing,
And truth is more than words—
It’s losing what you thought you needed
To discover who He is.

This is Mark’s song—
The Servant and the King,
The Holy One who showed us
What the Kingdom really means.
Strength can look like mercy,
And glory can look like scars,
And God may be much closer
Than we ever thought You are.

This is Mark’s song—
From the wilderness to dawn,
From the water to the mountain,
From the cross to moving on.
And the question still is calling
Through two thousand years of hearts:
“Who do you say that I am?”
That is where the journey starts.

Not every mystery needs an answer
Before a soul can follow through.
Sometimes faith begins by walking
With the One who walks with you.
So when the road is uncertain,
And Heaven feels concealed,
Remember what the Gospel whispers:
The Servant is the King.
The wounded One can heal.
The grave is not the ending.
And love is what makes truth real.

Luke’s Song

Lyrics

In the quiet of the evening, let me share a tale
Of a Savior walking softly, where love will always prevail.

Luke wrote about a Savior
Who kept walking toward the ones
That the righteous had forgotten,
The daughters and the sons.
He sat down with the broken,
He let the outcast near,
And every time they called Him holy,
Love was what appeared.

He said blessed are the hungry,
There’s a table being spread,
And the last may find the doorway
Before the first have turned their head.
We kept looking for a kingdom
Made of power, gold, and throne—
But Luke was trying to tell us
God was closer than we’d known.

The Kingdom isn’t somewhere
Beyond the stars alone,
It begins when mercy enters
The chambers of the soul.
It’s the hand that lifts a stranger,
It’s forgiveness when it’s hard,
It’s the lost one being welcomed,
It’s God alive within the heart.
We were waiting for the thunder,
For the heavens to unfold—
But Luke said, look among you,
There’s a truth worth more than gold.
If we want to find His Kingdom,
There’s one place we have to start:
Stop searching only outward—
Let Him reign within the heart.

There was a man beside the roadside
That the holy hurried past,
Then a stranger stopped to help him,
Made the wounded brother last.
There was one son lost in distance,
One son lost while staying home,
And a father on the roadway
Who loved both of them as his own.

There was a woman with her last coin,
There were lepers made brand-new,
There was Zacchaeus in the branches
Trying just to get a view.
And the ones the world called worthless
Kept becoming heaven’s guests—
Luke kept turning our religion
Till compassion was the test.

The Kingdom isn’t somewhere
Beyond the stars alone,
It begins when mercy enters
The chambers of the soul.
It’s the hand that lifts a stranger,
It’s forgiveness when it’s hard,
It’s the lost one being welcomed,
It’s God alive within the heart.
We were waiting for the thunder,
For the heavens to unfold—
But Luke said, look among you,
There’s a truth worth more than gold.
If we want to find His Kingdom,
There’s one place we have to start:
Stop searching only outward—
Let Him reign within the heart.

We built walls around the message,
We drew lines around His grace,
We decided who was worthy
To be standing in His place.

But the shepherd left the ninety-nine
To bring one wanderer home,
And heaven threw a celebration
When the missing one was known.

Maybe we misunderstood Him
When we made belief a fight,
When He came to heal the wounded,
Give the blind and broken sight.
For the Gospel Luke was writing
Wasn’t fear dressed up as faith—
It was freedom for the captive,
It was mercy with a face.

The Kingdom isn’t somewhere
Beyond the stars alone,
It begins when mercy enters
The chambers of the soul.
It’s the hand that lifts a stranger,
It’s forgiveness when it’s hard,
It’s the lost one being welcomed,
It’s God alive within the heart.

We can pray for something better,
We can wait for skies to part,
But the revolution Jesus brought
Was meant to change the heart.
And when love becomes our language,
When compassion leads us on,
The world will finally understand
The message written down by Luke.

The lost are found.
The low are raised.
The wounded heal.
The proud are changed.
The stranger becomes family.
The prisoner becomes free.

And the Kingdom we were searching for
Begins in you and me.

John’s Song

Lyrics

Before there was a morning,
Before the stars were hung,
Before a human heartbeat,
The everlasting Word was sung.
The Word was there with Heaven,
The Word was God alone,
Then Love stepped into darkness
And made this world His home.

He came among His people,
But many could not see,
The Light was standing with them,
Yet their eyes were still asleep.
But those who dared receive Him,
Who heard the Spirit call,
Found heaven wasn't distant—
God had come to rescue all.

John said, Look beyond the miracle,
There’s something deeper here.
Every sign is like a doorway,
Every word is drawing near.

Come and see the Living Water,
Come and taste the Bread of Life.
Step out of the shadow
Into everlasting Light.
You can know Him, you can hear Him,
You can feel the Spirit move.
For the heart of John's Gospel
Is a God whose name is Love.

Not religion without meaning,
Not a distant throne above—
He came close enough to touch us,
And He called us into love.
Come and see.

Come believe.
Come alive.

Nicodemus came at midnight,
With the questions of the wise.
Jesus said, “You need a new birth,
One the flesh cannot provide.”
Not another rule to carry,
Not another mask to wear,
But a life born of the Spirit
Like the wind that's everywhere.

Come and see the Living Water,
Come and taste the Bread of Life.
Step out of the shadow
Into everlasting Light.
You can know Him, you can hear Him,
You can feel the Spirit move.
For the heart of John's Gospel
Is a God whose name is Love.

Then beside a well in Samaria,
Where the wounded woman came,
He looked beyond her failures
And He called her by her name.
He said, “The water I can give you
Makes the thirsty spirit whole.”
And the woman left her water jar
With a river in her soul.

Come and see the Living Water,
Come and taste the Bread of Life.
Step out of the shadow
Into everlasting Light.
You can know Him, you can hear Him,
You can feel the Spirit move.
For the heart of John's Gospel
Is a God whose name is Love.

He opened eyes that could not see,
He called Lazarus from the grave,
But the signs were never spectacles—
They were pointing to the Way.
“I am the Door, the Shepherd,
I am Resurrection Life.
I am the Way unto the Father,
I am Truth that conquers night.”

“I am the Vine—remain in Me,
Don't try to grow alone.
Let My life become your life,
Let My heart become your home.”
And then He knelt before His brothers,
With a basin and a towel,
For the King who made creation
Showed what majesty was about.

Not the power of domination,
Not a kingdom built by swords,
But a Savior washing feet
Before He gave His life for yours.

Come and see the Living Water,
Come and taste the Bread of Life.
Leave behind the old creation,
Walk into eternal Light!
You can know Him, you can hear Him,
You can feel the Spirit move!
For the mystery John was telling
Is that God has come to you!

In the beginning was the Word,
And the Word became our Light.
And the darkness could not hold Him,
And the grave could not survive.
John wrote so we would know Him,
Not just know the words above.
For behind every sign and story
Was an invitation into Love.

Come and see...
Come believe...
Come abide...
Come alive.

Acts

Lyrics

A rushing wind came through the room, like thunder through the sky,
Tongues of fire began to dance, and every heart burned bright.
Peter stood in Jerusalem, with courage in his voice,
Three thousand souls came running home, and heaven did rejoice.

From upper rooms to crowded streets, the living Word was heard,
The Spirit moved like rivers of gold through every spoken word.
The Church was born in blazing faith beneath a morning sun,
And Acts became the story of what Jesus had begun.

Acts! Acts! Watch the Gospel run,
Like a river through the nations, like a fire beneath the sun.
From Jerusalem to Rome, through the storm and through the flame,
Every road became a pathway carrying Jesus' name.
Chains were broken, hearts awakened, heaven opened wide,
Miracles and mighty courage with the Spirit as their guide.
Acts! Acts! Let the whole world see—
The risen Christ was moving, setting captive people free!

At the Beautiful Gate a man who'd never walked before
Heard Peter say, “In Jesus' name,” and leaped up from the floor.
He danced beneath the temple lights, his laughter filled the air,
While Stephen saw the heavens open, God's glory shining there.

Philip found an Ethiopian riding through the desert sand,
Explained the words of prophecy and led him by the hand.
Then Saul was struck by brilliant light along Damascus Road,
A persecutor became Paul and carried heaven's load.

Peter saw a vision falling like a canvas from the blue,
And learned God's grace was wide enough for every nation too.
Cornelius heard the message and the Holy Spirit came,
Gentiles lifted joyful voices, praising Jesus' holy name.

Acts!

Paul and Silas sang at midnight while their feet were locked in chains,
Then the earth began to tremble like a drum beneath the rain.
Prison doors flew open wide, but no one chose to flee,
And a jailer found salvation crying, “What must happen now to me?”

Paul sailed through a raging storm and shipwrecked on the shore,
A serpent couldn't stop him, and he preached the Gospel more.
At last he came to mighty Rome, still fearless, still aflame,
And Acts ends with an open door—the world still speaks His name.

Acts! Acts! Watch the Gospel run,
Like a river through the nations, like a fire beneath the sun.
From Jerusalem to Rome, through the storm and through the flame,
Every road became a pathway carrying Jesus' name.
Red seas of courage, golden skies, bright miracles of grace,
The Spirit painting heaven's colors across the human race.
Acts! Acts! The story carries on—
The Church is still His witness till the whole wide world has heard the song!

Romans

Lyrics

From the marble streets of mighty Rome to the dust of Galilee,
Paul sent a letter burning bright with the truth that sets us free.
He wrote of hearts that wander far, of every soul that strays,
Yet mercy paints the darkest night with everlasting rays.

No crown, no law, no earthly name can make the sinner whole,
But faith can open prison doors and resurrection flood the soul.
For all have fallen short of God, yet grace still calls us home,
And love came down in crimson light so we would not walk alone.

Romans, Romans, like a sunrise after rain,
Grace is flowing through the broken, washing every stain.
No condemnation for the ones who walk in Jesus’ light,
Nothing in creation can divide us from His love tonight.
From faith to hope, from death to life, from ashes into flame,
We are more than conquerors through the power of His name.
Romans, Romans, let the whole world hear it ring—
The righteous live by faith, and grace has made us free.

Abraham looked beyond the stars and trusted what God said,
A promise glowing through the years like a lantern overhead.
Paul wrote that faith, not prideful works, is where the journey starts,
For heaven builds its kingdom first inside surrendered hearts.

And suffering grows endurance, and endurance strengthens hope,
While love is poured like golden oil to help the weary cope.
Christ died for us while we were lost, before we knew His face,
A Savior standing in the storm with open arms of grace.

Paul dreamed of hearts united where the strong would lift the weak,
Where love would be the loudest truth in every word we speak.
Bless those who persecute you, overcome the dark with good,
Live in peace with every neighbor, love the way the Savior would.

If God is for us, who can stand against us?
If Christ has risen, who can steal our song?
Through trouble, hunger, sword, or sorrow,
His love is deeper, His arms are strong.

Romans, Romans, hear the cathedral bells,
Grace is stronger than the darkness and the story mercy tells.
No condemnation, no separation, no forgotten name,
We are more than conquerors through the everlasting flame.
Let hope shine red and gold across every distant shore,
Let faith become a river running wider than before.
Romans, Romans, let every generation sing—
The gift of God is life, and Jesus Christ is King.
